This notice explains how Applywell collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. By using this service and providing consent at sign-in, you agree to the practices described below. This notice is written in compliance with Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP) of the Republic of Indonesia.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service (data minimisation principle, UU PDP Pasal 16).
When you generate a resume or other AI content, your profile context and job description are sent to Anthropic, Inc. (United States) for processing by the Claude API. Anthropic processes this data solely to return a generated response and does not use it to train models. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Your data is also stored in Supabase (database and authentication). See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
We process your personal data based on your explicit consent given at sign-in (UU PDP Pasal 20). You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account, which permanently removes all your data.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data (profile, jobs, generated content) is permanently deleted within 30 days. Consent records are retained for 5 years as required for legal accountability.
Data is stored in a Supabase Postgres database with Row-Level Security (RLS) enabled — each user can only access their own data. Authentication uses passwordless magic links. Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
